Michael bought his gear after two years off dreaming about turntables and creating several mixes on his computer. It was time for him to follow his dream and become one of the rolemodels he had seen on his first party: Qlimax 2001.

After barely two months he was asked to play at a local discotheque/bar.
24/01/2004 it was time for his first performance!
When he finished his set he got so many positive response that he actually started to believe that his dream might come true.
Soon afterwards he send out his first demo and all he could do was hope for everything to work out fine...

djs-defqon-2005b200x150 And it did! After being one of the winners for the Defqon.1 Talents competition, for which his dad had secretly signed him up for, he got some nice gigs to perform at and Michael got the hang of it.
When he saw a notice from Q-Dance that they were looking for the "Q-Factor", he immediately signed up and hoped that he would still have a change because he was already picked as a "Defqon.1 Talent".

But Q didn't mind and picked him along with a few others to come perform in front of a talented jury. Eventually Michael, Pinas and Twisted were picked as the three best performers and got a chance to prove themselves at some Q-Dance parties, such as Q-Base and Defqon.1.

After all of these performances, they choose Michael as the one who had the "Q-Factor"." After all of these performances, they choose Michael as the one who had the "Q-Factor".

In that year the scene kind of changed. A lot of producers were upcomming and were more interesting then Michael, since he couldn't produce at all. Michael then met some guys with whom he teamed up as the Audio Psychos and learned how to produce.

As the Audio Psychos they made a few mistakes while on stage and the end of the Psychos was there. Michael then tried producing for himself together with his brother Dystielec. The tracks sounded just fine and they had a few tracks released, but it wasn't what Michael had in mind, so he told himself not to release any tracks anymore which just sounded "ok/fine" but keep working on his skills.

Now-a-days the producing is going much better and hopefully there soon will be the come back Michael has been hoping for...
