[Report] Tomorrowland 2011 (BE)

In the weekend of the 22nd, 23rd and 24th of July, it was time for our annual visit to Tomorrowland Festival. Tomorrowland can call itself with pride one of the biggest festivals of the Benelux, and maybe even Europe, and with such a burden to carry, the organization does everything they can to make this happen.

A few days in advance we had downloaded the Tomorrowland App, with it's great functions such as a live timetable, but especially also the GPS which you could use to follow yourself and your friends on the map of the festival terrain. Losing eachother was now almost impossible.

After a fast entrance, we visited the mainstage, because we've had hear a lot about it. And what we had heard, seemed to be true: This mainstage was the coolest we ever saw on a festival. The Tree of Life was really coming alive!

Some bad looking clouds where expelled by the party people, and as by miracle, it stayed dry for almost all three days, except for one single shower during the day, and excluding the night, but even that we considered as cosy and snug in our little tents on the Dreamville camping.

Fear.FM wouldn't be Fear.FM if we didn't aim our attention to the Q-stage which was placed in the extreme corner of the festival terrain. It would be 1 big party as Q-dance took their clown with them!

After 3 days of intense partying, we came to the conclusion that Tomorrowland already was the biggest party of the year for us, and that the coming festivals should do a lot to surpass this popper! All stages where build to perfection, and for three days long there where many sit-downs where the people participated with full enthusiasm. There was an awesome atmosphere.

At the end of Tomorrowland 2011 we could shoot ourselves, man, it has cost all our energy ... but it was worth it. We could talk about it for days! Thinking back to an awesome party, with the edition of next year already in our mind, because we will be at Tomorrowland 2012 for sure!

Tomorrowland was one big basher of impressions, colors and especially sound!
One and all fireworks!

See ya next year!
