Fear.FM Release DB
Da Tweekaz, probably one of the most craziest Hardstyle duo's in the scene with a true "We do our thing... our way!" attitude, have been in the scene for quite some time.
After having their first "releases" spread all over the internet, they gained quite some attention as people grew to love these guys with their unique sound filled with funny gimmicks, yet still professionally produced.
Once Dirty Workz got wind of this duo, everything steamrolled uphill for these guys as they now had a great platform to release their tracks to a broad public and were now able to perform at gigs all over Europe.
Which brings us to their new E.P: Nothingness.
Nothingness
The main track on this E.P is "Nothingness". Probably not the best title for such an awesome release, because this is far from "Nothingness". With this track, Da Tweekaz wanted to show the world that they're not just good at producing "cheesy" Hardstyle (as they call it) but can get to some serious bunker busting sound design and produce a whopping, dark atmosphere filled with brutal kicks and raw sounds.
I think they even surprised themselves with this brutality. They've created such an amazing atmosphere that it literally conjures up goosebumps, sending chilling sensations up your spine. Nothingness just grabs you by the soul and drags you along for a hellish ride through the black void these kicks have ripped open.
Dare I say that they've even managed to get this track up to the greatness of Raw masters such as B-Front and Chris One?
Again, Da Tweekaz have set the bar high for themselves and they've pulled it off with great precision. I hope this won't be their first and only Raw sounding track, because they have real talent.

Voodoo
I believe this is an "older" track that had never seen the light of day (correct me if I'm wrong). I guess Dirty Workz decided it was time to release this black magic from it's chained existence, buried deep within Da Tweekaz' studio and let it wreak havoc amongst the Hardstyle listeners and fill this raw tinted E.P with some dark and sinister magic.
I personally like the atmosphere built up in "Voodoo". The typical Da Tweekaz sound has almost disappeared (apart from their distinct sounds within the kick), and they've turned it all up a notch to bring their productions to a higher level with great sound design and making it all a little more rough.
"What kind of voodoo do you do?" Check it out for yourself

Da Bomba (In-Phase Remix)
Discussions about Da Bomba (In-Phase Remix) have been floating around the internet and are basically all praising this track into the heavens. I can't blame them. In-Phase has given Da Bomba so much more levels of awesomeness that it's basically a new track. They've thrown in some very powerful, woofer rattling kicks and have created a great atmosphere during the break with some choir and orchestral sounds which build up towards the trancy climax.
The melody hasn't exactly been touched, which is a good thing, because I really enjoyed the stuttering effect used in the original, which has been kept in the remix. The synth has been given some more depth to make the whole track sound a lot fuller. And yes, those woofer rattling kicks have also remained throughout the climax which gives Da Bomba a hell of a lot more power - In Phase style!
This is truly Da Bomb-a!

To conclude, Da Tweekaz have really "upped the ante" with this release. Their Hardstyle sound has really evolved over the years and they're definitely on the right track. I can really tell they've spent a lot of time getting their sounds just right and they've honestly gained quite some respect with their almost perfect "Raw" track, Nothingness which is without a doubt the hightlight of this E.P. Absolutely great work guys!
This has already been neatly tucked into my ever expanding CD collection and worth every cent.
So, Fear.FM readers. What do you think about this E.P? Let the world know in the comment section BELOOWW (cfr. RWJ).

It also shows the guts and talent of these guys
